Fan Selector Help - Building a Quotation

The Quotations Screen

To view your quotation click on the Quotations tab at the top of the screen.  You will be presented with a screen similar to this:

The screen is split into four sections:

Across the top of the screen there is a toolbar with a number of options.  These are explained in the following screens.

Then you have an area where you can record the project and client details, these are used on quotations and data sheets.

Next you have the fans on the quotation  The top line shows the fan you selected and the following lines show the ancillaries you selected for that fan.

Finally you have a comments box for entering additional information about the fan/location.  You can enter separate notes for each fan/location on the quotation, just click on the fan you want to annotate and the comments box will display the specific notes.
